May 2024 saw the Middlewood Locks Fest take place that celebrated the re-opening to navigation of the Middlewood Locks section of the Manchester, Bolton & Bury. And it’s fair to say that the inaugural Middlewood Locks Fest was a roaring success!
Plenty of sunshine and a positively buzzing crowd made for a fantastic day. More than 750 people joined us to celebrate taking part in a whole host of free activities, both on and off the water.
